Up to 5 Calculations (SAP only including PEA)	£130.00 + VAT each
5 – 20 Calculations (SAP only including PEA)	£50.00 + VAT each
20 or more Calculations (SAP only including PEA)	£40.00 + VAT each
Variation to design calculations	£35.00 + VAT each
Full NHER Ratings	£10 + VAT extra on above costs per calculation

• Pre-assessment advice initially where no specification is provided – Price on application
• PEA’s will be delivered to you electronically so please ensure you provide correct contact details.
  If paper versions of the PEA’s are required these will be charged at £10 + VAT per plot.
• Additional costs will apply if CSH results ENE1,2 and 7 are required. Price on application.

As Built Stage Calculations

Amendments at as built stage for compliance	£35.00 + VAT each
Additional Certificates (paper copies)	£10.00 + VAT each
