ICE AND SNOW MELTING

The new optimised ice and snowmelting system introduces an intelligent and digital solution.

devireg™ 850 is the most optimal solution for keeping an area free of ice and snow. The system is controlled by a combination of the temperature and the moisture level. The system will only start the heating when both low temperature and a certain level of moisture are detected. This decreases energy consumption and reduces running costs.


Functions:

• DIN rail electronic thermostat with external 18W power supply.
• Working temperature range for sensors: -30C to 70C
• Three 16-amp relays – total maximum of 30 amp. One of the relays can be used for an external alarm.
• Adjustable operation mode: Automatic, Constant LOW output, Constant HIGH output, Manually OFF
• Adjustable parameters: Melting temperature, Basic temperature, Moisture sensibility, Post heating period.
• Adjust language in display.
• Adjustable output connection: Single or high/low output
• View actual sensor measurements. View the actually temperature and moisture level for the sensors.
• Info-button for help/information. The info-button will guide you through all the different menus and settings.
• Alarm function. Possibility for connecting external alarm. Internal red light indicator will blink when alarm
• Fault finding program. devireg™ 850 has a self diagnosing program, which will detect faults and give an alarm
• devinet™ enabled.
• devibus™ enabled. Connect the sensors parallel in the area, and install only one cable back to the devireg 850. This cable can be extended up to at least 400 meters.
• RS232 enabled. Connect the devireg 850 to a computer when a software upgrade is available.
• Two intelligent, digital sensors – one to detect when the surface needs to be heated up, and the other one to detect when the surface is dry. This will reduce energy consumption and give an optimal protection.
