1. Devi-Hydronic Pipe and Clamping Track
Ultra-flexible and lightweight – can be simply unrolled and clipped into the clamping tracks by hand, without awkward springing back.
Blue plastic-metal compound pipe, multi-layer oxygen-proof pipe - protected from corrosion and lime scale. The pipe is completely covered with screed, resulting in high heat conduction and the energy efficiency. Devi can also provide a Pexpipe as an option if required.
Insulation, durable and effective - DEVI compound insulation is installed along with the edge insulation strip. This forms a protective trough to support the screed.
Clamping tracks - quick installation - self-adhesive clamping tracks fix the compound pipes at defined spacing. Clamping tracks are applied on the compound insulation at intervals of 1 to 1.5m.
2. Devi-Hydronic Manifold
Devi's manifold is manufactured using high quality stainless steel. The system can also include a manifold cabinet (either flush mounted or surface mounted). Manifolds are available - 2–12 underfloor heating circuits.
The control units are complete with a 24V transformer for a wired system or 230V for wireless.

4. Thermostat/Control options
As with any heating system, the method of control is key. Devi can offer intuitive wired controls or the devilink wireless system ensuring maximum control and optimum efficiency.
- DevilinkTM enables control of the entire system via one central point.
- The system consists of a simple colour touch screen panel which is used to control room sensors and floor thermostats throughout the building.
- All thermostats are linked together wirelessly.
- Periods of low temperature can be set, (i.e. at night or when going on holiday), thus saving energy.
